I have been experimenting with those kind of simplistic skylines for a while now and I like the way this one turned out.
The buildings are a bit too rectangular for my taste and is something I will change for the future. I do enjoy the way the colors work though.

I actually found Ranma's comedy super similar to the classic DragonBall.

Ranma 1/2 is my current favorite comedy anime so im just now starting to see a lot of references and fan art from some fellow artists. I cant believe I missed out on it for so long.

A smoggy atmosphere was definitely my intention. I suppose the background could offer more variety, I will look in to that. Thanks for the feedback.

my only complaint is it seems too dull. I cant really see much, even if a smoggy atmosphere was the intention. Maybe its the fact that the backdrop is flat grey and not a gradient or something. I like the aesthetic though, keep at it.
