Wanted to exercise my shading and dithering a little bit. Nothing more, nothing less. It was a good practice. Thanks for the inspiration to Ensellitis & Brian the Great.

I like the right one better. Looks like Engraving (can be found on money bills for example... that's what it reminds me of ). Really like the style. Way back in the time of monochrome graphics adapters, cliparts looked like this as, too. Reminds me a bit of that as well, the software I'm talking about was called "Print Master" I think... man, I'm getting sentimental
Very well done. The left one looks best, of course, but for having used such a style on the right that requires that type of shading, I'd say you pulled it off quite nicely. All of this two color goodness invading the gallery makes me want to pixel some.
