The sky shouldn't be visible through the door at all, because in 3D projections like this, a horizon just doesn't exist.

Also it might be helpful to think about where the light sources are coming from (door and tv?) and then shade everything in accordance with that.

Nice work in many ways but not flawless. Pretty unbalanced I think. Lock & knob on the door are (for example) huge comparing to other things. You should also find some kind of balance between black and the other outlines. For a start you could get rid of most of them black ones. Could hilite front corners of the objects and so on.

Maybe little less saturated colors also? I think the table is extra-ordinary well done. Round shapes are always difficult and you have managed it out nicely. The leg at a back should be a little further though.
