My submission for the Pixel Art Challenge: At War
Faction: Kaklasian Jungle Fighters

"Neither fully plant or animal, these vicious rainforest dwellers can easily take the most viligant war party by suprise due to their light weight and great agility. Armed with two blade like growths at the terminus of its arm, they can easily cut through flesh and light armour, injected a fast acting neurotoxin that will leave the victim completely immobilized within the hour and dead soon after. I cannot stress enough the importance of either avoiding areas where they have been spotted, or wearing reforced full body protective gear if intending to engage."

ADDENDUM:
"I thought this go without saying, but please dicipline your soldiers in the manner of not taking personal keepsakes from the field, especially ones found on the corpses of poorly understood hostile creatures. I awoke this morning to reports of people dropping dead in the west barracks, only to find the rotting remains of the specimin's "fruit" along with the heaps of the paralyzed and deceased unfortunate enough to be on the same ventalation grid as the chav who brought in the cursed thing. Unless you want to be the one arguing with command over unecessary losses, I highly recommend you get your men in line."
