I understand the suggestions for the palette improvement from the other comments, but I have to say that in my opinion the cooler colors makes the different parts in your art loose the impact of the ligths, the neon and the new-noir science fiction style. But that is just me, I art knowledge and skills are far below anyone else here lol

I mean, you don't need art camp, although I'm sure it's helpful. I agree with Christoballs... Needs cool colors in the background, and warm colors in the foreground. Other than that, this is a fun piece.

oooooh :O thanks so much! really appreciate the suggestion :3 yeah I think I get what you mean, the picture really helps too :D it was a ton of fun making this and I learned a lot in the process too, so I'll be def be making a full scene again but I must continue my Artcamp so I'll understand art basics more. I'll have something better by then >:3

I'd suggest using cool colours for the background and warm colours for the bike and girl - it'll help give more depth to the composition.
