There's a lot that could be improved.. but I gave it a high rating for the amount of quality relative to the size.

nice job. The colors are a lot better this time around. Few things though:outer AA + transparent bg = bad. Either give the pic a light bg or get rid of the outer AA. Your choice.
I like the cape, but the shading looks pretty haphazzard at parts, like it's more of just drawn in, lacking the precision required by pixel art. I think that if you cleaned it up, it would really help this piece.

I think if you went to your profile and changed the theme to a darker one you'll find the edges look scary. I admire the size of this and expected more revisions before submitting, oh well. Don't forget to close the forum thread.

I think CDI means the white AA around the whole thing.As for the image itself, you seem to have pulled it all off pretty well, I like the way you've done the cloth especially. Only things I'd suggest is maybe AAing the shading a little? As it seems rather harsh to my eyes at the moment and that the arms, foot and sword under the might effect the way the cloth hangs more, compaired to the very box like shape it has now?
But as I said, overall, very nice :)
