I think it happened because I turned my PC back to factory settings, and Photoshop was also reset. Something to do with anti-aliasing or paint tools.

Actually, 44 unique colors. Copy image location and paste it under Features/ImageSpecsTool. You can see how many colors you have and in which percent... All that 0,1% blacks are surplus in your piece.
