Yeah, elephant ears are a bit more flappy and thin. And the outseide of the elephant looks very jagged, you could definitely use some of the colours on the inner border to aa the outside of the elephant.

Sad looking fellow, looks more like an Emophant. I like the the sad expression. Well some constructive critique: The lines could be cleaned up a bit and better aa'ed. The ears and the toes don't look very elephantlike and the distribution of body mass doesn't seem believable. It seems he/she could fall over any moment.
