That massive grin is excellent. This is a very distinctive looking character, cool piece.

You have a good eye for character design. The baddieness is sertainly visible ;) You could easily reduce the amount of colors on this piece down to about 20 (2 to 3 shades of each color is a pretty good rule to try and stick to). I don't have any critique on the style, I love it and it's consistant through out the series of characters you've done, so theres no reason to start tweaking now :) Keep it up.

I prefer to keep the 'hard' look for all the outlines. Also, this thing will be underwater; this is why I chose to keep the gloss to a minimum.

Oh, and the teeth, fez, and glasses could use wtach I call a metalic/glass looking 'gloss'

Some of the lines feel too 'hard' and need lighter colors on them, strange work, but it looks pretty good
