There's maybe a little too much antialiasing on the linework to my taste and the anathomy of the lower hand is a bit off. Maybe try shortening the lines between fingers, specially going towards little finger maybe by 9-12 pixels each? Also I'd try adding more shadow on the lower hands fingers and around the neck area, since the hands are in front of the neck (assuming the source of light is above and not straight in front of the character).
Otherwise it looks good, I like the color theme and the simple clean style.
you just made me realize I forgot to finish shading the hands/arms...
