yeah, it's just I didn't optimize the full image, but each character has around 10 to 20 colors... these are really old, I think I got better with time and at least made greys consistent
Insanely cute, and well made caracters!
@Theoden, if we assume that each character has it's unique set of colours (which may not be the case, becasue some might be reused), than 50 characters / 544 = around 11 colours. This is pretty decent average per character. A beginner like me often struggle to even get close to such number.

But your work has 544 colors. Don't you think that's a bit too much?
