Thanks   you are probably right but I do not intend to touch it up I did it a while ago so I am going on something else.

I changed the character design along the way, that's why the hair doesn't match.

Actually, I really like the sprite! I agree that the hair between both don't match that much, but they do work great separately :)

Have you considered playing around a bit more with the colors? They look good, but 22 seems a bit too much for the level of details. You could tone it down to around 10 colors without losing much (some changes to the clusters would be necessary as well to accomodate the colors).
