It's a character I made up. His left arm is a metal hook that can jack into technological devices and his right hand can go on fire at will. He only has three toes on each foot, because the other two fell off.

I think the body overall would look better if it was long, and lanky. Right now he looks too short stubby rather than scary. Nice concept though, and besides it's figure, I like what I see.
Yes, I think the hand is too cartoony and unintimidating. Maybe try giving him long, thin fingers that wiggle a lot? xD Other than that, he's looking awesome! The light from the fire is top notch~
