Watch out for the colour count! You've got 2048 in there, and what looks like .jpg artifacts. A quick palette reduction and clean will put this into the gallery no problem.

i input every pixel one by one. but do you mean i have to just lower the color count for it to be accepted. the definition of pixel art should be changed. inputting every pixel should be enough and itis drawn symmetrically.
