I continue create not very feminists pixel arts. 
I took background idea from one of pixel arts I found in Google, should I attach a link on it?

Nicely done. 481 colors are a bit too much though.
I would recommend some palette control for this. And as d9nis mentioned, there are stray pixels floating around which can be fixed easily.

It's better to source what you're doing if it can help other artists to improve themself, but it's not mandatory, only up to you.

Careful by the way, you have two white dots lurking around your picture :)
