I like the animation, fluid, clean, nice :)

The animation itself looks good, but I think it's too dynamic for a stand still animation. Almost everything moves, and it's too much IMO.
I like the design, however, very nice - simple, yet easy to remember.

doesnt look very idle, rather dancing or swaying around... im not a fan of idle dances, there is nothing less realistic than an idle-dance :D IMO if youre making something idle dont make it move so much... However the animation is smoot i MUST admit that! zAk

My suggestion would be to change it so her hand doesn't "rotate" slightly like you have it now. Just keep her hand relaxed and hanging like in the first few frames; her hand doesn't have to move in any way that's even remotely independent of her arm. I hope this helps. >:

It's jittery there, and I'm still trying to correct it. It's bugging the crap out of me, too...

I like it.. but there's one thing that bugs me! The "twitch" on his left arm when he leans to the left, it don't looks too smooth.. Other then that, great job!
