Its a nice piece, obviously you already know how to draw and maybe paint.

Some feedback for you in terms of pixel art technique:
1. Dither is not contributing here, its obsucring details and making tetures look too rough.
Dithering is not a requirement for pixel art so maybe practice working without it, then work it back into your art once you learn how its useful.
2. Here's a few colour configurations that push out saturation and stuff while still working together. Pretty random stuff in terms of mood but yeah.
