i see, i thought the base credit would have been lineart, but i didnt bother looking for it

if you take a look at the base; http://pixels.anlinasheng.com/bases/tarti/tarti04.png
you'll see that 9/10ths of the good parts of this image were pre-made.
the rest is just scratchy lines seemingly thrown about.
