Thank you very much for your encouragement DrSlouch, absolutely Metal Slug -Y yeah! 
It is really hard to work on this Genie, and if you see the new gif animation, it looks like the original but is a bit more accurate with a lot more frames, I don't post back the new pixel art work because of the other comments that tends to report it 
instead of helping develop it (which seems okey atm) because making a pixel art like this starting from nothing is really hard and I want to know how things are going in this sense before going further as I explained

Of course as it is explained in the description it's from Metal Slug X (inspired)
I am new to pixel art and have posted some contributions to pixeljoint because I like this community for a long time but have some difficulties to start a complete pixel art work
So, it needs some changes to be something more like the property of a pixel artist like me even if know that it is impossible and as a gamedev it will probably not be because most of today games pixel artwork are difficult to be the property of its devs
So, my question is if I post back some changes, what it will do or happen ?
A second question is : If I change the face of this image does it changes soemthing to the game or is it just like an NPC so it's free to be used in another work ?

PS : It's all about the questions not to react agains any freedom of expression due to some intellectual property of a creature that is part of an ancestral culture 
Not sure if the report feature even works but I've done so on this piece. Definitely ripped; definitely not the original artist for the game.
Did you work on Metal Slug X? Otherwise this is just ripped. Please only post pixel art that is 100% done by yourself.
I will send it back since this is not an original work.
