This is a pixelated doll I created based off of my avatar on a site called gaiaonline. I drew the base as well as the clothing and items on the base on Microsoft Paint, and then did the small animation on Animation Shop.

Yeah, I noticed that, I wasn't sure how to fix it =[ It especially sucks when I try to animate very tiny pixels.. part of it will move in a completely different direction. I'll try and go back to fix it, though.
I think you've saved it wrongly on animation shop, and have lost some quality. If you look closely on her lightest shade of skin, it has been very badly dithered. Other places also seem to be effected. When saving on animation shop, i use the maximum amount of colours, and optimized octree. You shouldn't get any colour reduction that way.
