i like the dull colors you used for luigi. but you used bright vibrant lime green for the flame and id don't think that fits.

over all i like it.

I took the green glow off and kept the flame around his hand. ;)

Quite a nice piece of work, but I reckon if you made the palette a bit more dynamic you'd have the colours necessary to antialias this entirely. You could antialias this sufficiently enough as the palette currently is though. With that aside this is not bad at all.
