It's quite hard to tell where the light source is in this. I mean, the bump in his bandana is shaded but the bridge of his nose has a shine which both seem to contradict each other.
Yes, I would say shorten his shoulders a bit, and tone down the biceps down. And the top part (above the knee) of his legs seem a little short. Other than that, this is totally awesome. Man, his face freaked me out the first time I got to that point. xD Hahaha, best. game. ever.
