I understand what you saying but Judge Dredd has blue and green in the arms as part of it is a protector which can be more defined. I am not keen to very the tones of the green I used two tones and want to keep the limits, thanks for the feedback though it will help me to improve the image which I have slowly started to do.

I think that the most important part would be to clean up the colors a bit, the green arm cuts at the midle of the bicep to turn blue, this sudden cut can be improved by doing the whole arm, or at least the bicep blue, or maybe making the transition smoother by using a color between that blue and green. I would also suggest to vary the tones of green in the arm and the gold in the shoulder so it can be more readable.

The background is awesome, well done! 

Regarding the CSS, maybe you have a plugin or extension on your web browser that is causing this, check your web browser configuration.

yeah you are right I can clean it up more, I want to move on to the next but ill spend some time cleaning this why is it adding all the css to my comments and posts
