This is striking, very effective composition and colors. Hair is crazy good!
The shading of the face bothers me a bit, especially the upper lip looking similar to the nose and chin which messes up volume. I'd try darkening the upper lip which should be mostly in shadow, and/or add some highlight on the nose and chin.
The clouds are probably too bright and noisy, they tend to drive the eye away from the center. I'd try to darken them significantly, and remove some detail esp in the shadows.
quality work. I'm also working on my old WIP work now. The clouds are normal. In fact, there are a great many clouds. I love this character. He's a little naive, but epic.
