Deep in the temple, everything is quiet as the monk tries to attain ultimate enlightenment through a disciplined process of... self-mummification. Inspired by the sokushinbutsu, in my opinion, a hundred times creepier than regular mummies.

Thank you! I learnt of the sokushinbutsu through a Junji Ito story (if im not mistaken) and it really creeped me out. Sorry for not responding sooner but I was level 1 so I couldn't do it haha.

This is very creepy. I love how you can actually feel the quiet and the calm, which adds to the horror of the whole situation. Nice palette too!
