The two things that stand out to me about this piece:
1) Continuing the white outline onto the gloves and the belt of the boxing trunks make the arms and chest look like they've been cut off the rest of the body, which is a bit weird!
2) Despite the DBZ action lines, I think the pose of this piece feels weirdly inert? Like, there's not a lot of motion going on here - I'd expect the hair to be pushed up by wind or Super Saiyan magic or whatever, or a slightly more dynamic pose. The legs being so close together is the root of the issue, I think.
