yes， it still has 707 colors,

the title "can i upload now?"(the last one) is while i used wrong "?"angle symbol at the title  "witch?princness?"，every time i use full angle symbol, it shows "500 error", at first, thought it was something wrong with the network(it's quite normal something wrong happen at china visiting foreign website, i need about 1min to oped PixelJoint main page, other sublink may cost about 30second to open), so after few days, i submit again, it still shows 500 error, then i changed the title to "can i upload now?" and i submited successful, it's not about the color problem that makes me can not submit.

so now i still submit the origin picture, it contain blur layer (some little shinning feeling on the metal), so it has 707 color.

Still has 707 colors!
