FYI you have 49 colours, not 36, as shown here (click)
You can use pixeljoint's pixel specs tool to check; it's quite handy!
Also, you have lots of very similar colours - why not recycle and reuse colours a bit more? I'm not sure if it's your cup of tea, but I tried reducing it from 49 to 21 colours, here:
Not completelly sure about the colors themselves, but your shading is really much better, I'll lern something from it, thank you!
