The stripes are necessary to his look, i think.. but yes, you could darken them.. it might look better..

Anyways, it looks like it came out from a comic book.. Awesome style dude, i love this ;D

No, no, you got to keep the pinstripes, he's from the Mofia! I admit that they don't blend in with the rest of the peice. Amazing dithering on the face, but the tie looks weird to me. 4/5 stars.
