This is the third in my series of interpretations of randomly-generated 7x7 sprites. I was really excited to do this one, because I was already starting with a pretty good generated palette. I just punched up the pink a bit for contrast and pop. The first frame of the "death"/defeat animation tucks in the legs close to the body. Has it died, or is it just really sad you defeated it?

The face took me a few tries; bugs have a lot of tiny details when you're looking at a good photo of one, and I wanted to keep this kind of cute and simple. I hope I did the legs and mouthparts justice. They've got two little toe claws on each foot.
