A picture of Omar Rodriguez-Lopez, who was born in Puerto Rico. He's best known for being the guitarist in At the Drive-In and The Mars Volta, but I think a lot of his best work lurks within the mountain of solo and collaborative albums he's released (58 at the time of writing).

I got special permission to do Puerto Rico since it's an unincorporated territory of the US, but I also did a US flag version. Hopefully this also covers me given that the colours of the Puerto Rican flag have seemingly changed over time, and quite recently.
