MTG cards were probably one of my first encounters with art. I've always been impressed by John Avon's work, especially his artworks for land cards. I still remember my excitement when MTG released lands with full-page illustrations. So here it is – a card inspired by old memories.

Following up with my previous comment on the earth card, this looks way better, because the picture has a lot of detail and you want to keep looking at it, while in comparission the "water symbol" HAS some detail it is not that noticeable, so that is good. :D
Don't get me wrong, I am still digging the minimalistic style of the earth card! Keep it up!
