This is the first out of 5 characters that I did for a RPG game (like Dungeons and dragons but without the dungeons and the dragons xd). My friend David gave me all the references and this is what I came with. I used the Cheese palette by Gors

And yes I struggled a bit with the scarf I was trying to make it look worn out hahahaha.

And about the size I didnt realize that it was a bit cramped until I reached the head area xD

Nice character design and colors, although there's a few astray pixels here and there, especially on the scarf.

My real nitpick though, is why not making the picture size a bit bigger so you dont have to cut the hat and feather
