Decided to revisit this piece from 2014.

Cleaned it up and reduced the color count from 75 to 14  Also added a (very rushed) background and some fish.

Needs lots of cleaning up and AA, but i'm too lazy and hate to draw backgrounds so i'm calling it done for now.

Used my own palette cookiebox-16.

I can see the improvement palettewise - fewer unnecessary shades makes this look a lot cleaner - and the composition here is nice as well. Really cool seeing the fish break the border.
