This looks pretty alright, but I wonder whether the color choices couldn't be improved somewhat - you're shading with straight grey, which is usually the wrong choice, especially on skin where it has kind of a deadening effect.
I also think that you're overdithering in ways that clash with the textures of the objects: the tooth necklace is a very good example, because teeth are very smooth but dithering adds a bunch of roughness to it. It also sort of obscures the form on stuff like the hair, where you have a good grasp on how to shade hair but because you're using dithering rather than pure grey the shapes made by the light look kind of fuzzy rather than sharp.
