Secret Santa gift for Irenaart

My initial idea was to draw a cat in outerspace watching a field of shooting stars reflecting off it's space helmet. I actually drew the whole thing that way and at the very end my computer crashed and I lost the last 4 hours of my work. I tried redoing everything but I was spending so much time just trying to copy what I did before I said screw it and I'll take it a different direction.

So what we have here is a cat. But not just a normal cat, it's a cat that I imagine someone in a steampunk universe might own and love so much they'd commission a portrait for it. There's a little bee pollinating a flower in the border design. No one asked for that, that was for me haha.
