This is a quite nice piece, with one slight (but vital) spot for improvement. The reference piece is shot in an indoor environment with high-contrast portrait lighting, but you've transposed the model into an outdoor setting with strong ambient light - ergo, the very dark shadow on the side of her face looks very, very out of touch.
I'd also note that, given how much love went into renderng every other part of this piece, the lack of texture on the hair is sort of distracting - makes the piece look unfinished, which is an extremely unfair thing to say given how much effort clearly went into it. But I think it's a fair criticism.
