i imagined it was the same frog with a growing lady haha
So friendly and cheerful. And sooo clean and precise, not a color or pixel wasted! Love all three equally - with a soft spot for the frog's expression in the 32px, priceless
This is so comfy. I do like that the frog gets smaller - I know it's probably different frogs, but it's my headcanon now.
I'm biased towards this graphic because I like the green and off-colour cream tones, but the 64x64 is also just a nice composition of elements with the flowers and lilypads(?). The almost total lack of anti-aliasing and predominantly single-colour outline (save for elements that work better with softened lines, like the feet and the flower in the hair) also give it a crisp bold look that hits that big dopamine 'it's like cartoons' button in my dummy brain. I'm usually predisposed to filling my art with AA and contextually-coloured outlines when possible, so this careful balance displayed here is definitely an aesthetic choice I need to keep in mind for future work.
Tight pixels, very attractive and well balanced colors! But yeah, that's one big frog in the middle image! :D
