I caught this project a couple times in the Pixeljoint discord and never really got around to offering anything constructive on it, but I like what you've done to render the face and nose. The hair I'm between two sides on. Up close it seems rather clunky with a lot of unpleasant clusters that could do with some cleaning to better gradiate the lighting as it falls from the top of the hair to further below - on the other hand, viewing it 1:1 is rather pleasing, it has the impression of paintings with a 'chunky' half-finished look that have more character and appeal. There are meticulously detailed and rendered efforts that often come off respectably drafted, but also sterile; this is not one of them. I wouldn't change this picture, I think it looks better as is.
