i havn't done any non ISO pixel work for a long long time so i thought i would get back into doing it, not too pleased with this myself and i know the lighting on the face is differnt to the hair but will have to do for now ill make something else soon hopefully better. 6 colours (7 with transparency)

Looks like he's wearing a boxing helmet. :) Maybe you should remove or tone down the dark outlines at some places. For example the lines that define his nose look really out of place.
