I just started doing pixel art and to get used to the limitations of pixel art, i made all the pokemons of the first gen in a 8x8 size.

It's sort of fun to compare and contrast these with the 8x8 Pokemons in this piece, and see the different approach. One thing that definitely stands out is that the colors here are kind of desaturated? There's also a little less emphasis of the "spikiness" on mons like Jolteon, I think. These are quite cute, though.

Hi Kohira, your works has 377 unique colors. Please try to combine similar colors together to reduce the color count. Make sure to read the gallery rules as well.
