No, it is not. I uploaded a version that IS for the contest that has the appropriate amount of colors. I made this one originally, and then about half way through realized it had too many colors and made the alternate when I finished this one.

Was this intented for the weekly challenge? If so color count is above the limit and it is not categorized as weekly challenge.
I am asking just to clear things up.
