This is my first entry here.  I will enter more in later, but for now...on topic:
I did this one for a contest against a certain Shadow Wolf...the limites were only that we can use 16 colors max, so i used 16 (17 if u include transparency)...so there...

The dithering on the face adds unnecessary texture to the skin, it typically best not to dither skin at such a small scale.

More contrast is needed, those are tights, right? Don't they have a high specular? Unless they were made of cloth, of course. =D Anyway, good job CMR, glad to see ya here!

I think the Dithering is a bit too much really, it makes him look very fuzzy
