Nice and simple design. Mostly consistent and good lighting apart from the left horn (his perspective).
His left upper arm is too long and the hand too small. His right one could be interpreted as too short even though it's probably fine, sinply because you can't see it. It'd help with a bit of foreshortening (in this case just exaggerate the size of the hand a bit) and there will be no doubt. One of the horns looks like it's on the back of the helmet.
I also suggest adding some curvature to the dark blue stripe stretching across the helmet (what's between the highlights). Try to consider the shape of the object. If it's pointing directly towards theviewer it isn't technically wrong but you'll achieve more depth if it's in any other direction. That's why.
There's a stray pixel below his right hand. There's also a gray/transparent one on his right foot.
Pixel art is also about placing pixels individually in a very planned fashion. The rough contours make me think you're partially drawing/sketching with strokes.
I know these were quite a few points but I think you can correct them fairly easily. If you do it's going to be great.
The brown surrounding the orange highlight of his cape is probably redundant too.
