The whole thing is completely traced, including the shading. And the palettes not very good.

I quite like the style and colours.. I'd like to see a smoother version with AA, but overall it's ace.
And there's one white pixel in the hair to the left.

Atari hero? He's one of Capcom's lot. It's an ok piece but perhaps you should practice some more shading and anti-aliasing on it.
