I made a whole series of Pokémon to practice pixel art.
For every piece I used at least ohne reference picture from the original Game/Series/Card Game.
In this one I also let a friend to the lighting from beneath to make it look extra wet and fishy because i was/am not expirienced enough to do so myself.
