Out of interest, does the large building intentionally resemble a snail (if not, I should add that I think it's a good thing)?

Honestly, I have no idea what that building is supposed to look like, it's just weird architecture, I guess :D To me it looks more like a bird (penguin or duck?) but it's interesting that it looks like a snail to you!
