It almost feels like the hair is made of some gelatin esque-like substance. This really is a messy, neat kind of style. I agree with CELS - would love to see more!

Hmm, it's definitely interesting! I like it. I feel like this is a totally different style of animated pixel art than I'm used to. I'd love to see more of it.
