Hi! Thanks for the tips.. It's a big improvement in comparison to my past works (haven't been posting here for a big while since I'm working on a game that hasn't been revealed) but still there's a long way to go yet 

The highlights and shading of the hat and boots look really good! I think the guitar and her shoulder could be improved in that department though. I'd also suggest having better control of your palette. You've used quite a few colors and many are almost the same and have barely been used.
