This is the Barbarian character from Horde of Demons a game on the Amiga500 which myself and friends worked on back in 1991. 320x200 16 colours. School stopped us finishing I think :( It's from the character selection screen.

Thanks you lot, yeah this pic takes me back to when I was nipper, I loved working on it but I dont like it that much now, loads of errors, note on his lower lip, not even anti-aliased LOL. I think the head looks out of place because I made the hair up, the actual dude had really short hair but it is his actual face believe it or not. Yeah I'd never be able to get the reference, wouldn't know where to start :( All hand pixeled dude, cant proove it obviously but back in the old Amiga days and only 14 years old I didn't know any tricks, and no photoshop. Thanks again :D

This is great...The piece has great definition( bad joke). It would be wise to post the reference to the actual body that you took reference from next time you post any artwork,to save you any trouble if any were to exist. I do understand that you don't have the actual reference for this particular pic, seeing as how this sucker is about 15 years old. Keeping that in mind, I just would like to say that the head looks extremely out of place from the actual body itself..It just looks as if you drew over the pieces actual face, and created another smaller face...I'm questioning whether or not this was hand pixeled or not, I just wish the face and body were more in tune with each other...other wise, you seem to definitely know what your doing with that mouse and those pixels.....great job...

p.s....How about a lady for a change?...

I agree a bit with Sgrum... maybe with some prehistoric clothing it would look a bit more barbarian.. But it's still a very nice image as it is right now.
